We will be performing routine Greenhouse Recruiting database maintenance on Saturday, February 17th, 2024, beginning at 17:00 UTC and ending at 19:00 UTC.
How will this impact my Greenhouse access? During the two hour maintenance window, you should expect for Greenhouse Recruiting to be intermittently unavailable for up to a total of 15 minutes.
When intermittently unavailable, please plan for: - The Greenhouse Harvest API and webhooks to be unavailable. This means you will be unable to make API calls, including recurring or scheduled API calls - Partner integrations that leverage Harvest API, Assessment API, Candidate Ingestion API or webhooks to be unable to interface with Greenhouse Recruiting This maintenance will not impact Greenhouse Onboarding and Greenhouse Job Boards or Job Board APIs.
How will this impact live integrations? Maintenance downtime is being communicated to all Greenhouse Partners and they are being instructed to retry any API calls for integrations that fail during the maintenance period.
What if I have a sandbox or secondary Greenhouse account? The maintenance timeframe provided here applies to all Greenhouse Recruiting accounts in Silos 1 through 6 and Silo 8.
