Harvest API 500 Errors

The Harvest API returned 500 errors for all Jobs and Email Templates GET requests between 3:47PM EDT and 6:15PM EDT. After this period, our team deployed a fix and the requests began returning normally. We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused for you and your teams.
