We will be performing unplanned maintenance on our database on the evening of Tuesday, October 24th. The maintenance will require up to 5 minutes of downtime beginning at 10:00 PM US Eastern Daylight Time. During this time:
• The Greenhouse Recruiting Application will be unavailable
• The Greenhouse Harvest API will be available for reads, but unavailable for writes
• Greenhouse Job Boards and Job Board APIs will be available, and any candidates applying to jobs will appear in Greenhouse Recruiting after maintenance is completed
• Greenhouse Onboarding and Greenhouse Analytics will be available
Over the past several days, we've identified a small performance degradation that we believe is caused by issues with our database hardware. We have decided to take the unusual step of unplanned maintenance to resolve these issues before they become disruptive to our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this downtime causes.
